Since Norton had the Firefox 20 compatibility update for their retail security applications within 2 hours of Firefox 20 being released, my guess is that Comcast is the one delaying the update for their "branded" version of Norton. See this response from a Norton Manager at the Norton support forum on April 29. I apologize for not replying sooner.

As I noted above, the FF extension is separate from the ID Safe in your Norton Security product. This can be seen by signing into your vault from IE or Chrome, and you will not be signed in from the FF extension. You have to sign into that separately.
